Three claims, and what backs each one
One library, not three products
Most prep is sold one exam at a time. Here, didactic year, rotations and boards are the same content: what you read in your first module is still there on exam day, with the work you already did on it recorded. Nothing is re-bought and nothing is re-imported.
Every answer explains itself
Each question carries a written rationale — including why each wrong option is wrong, which is usually where the learning actually is. Questions are written against the published blueprints by a PA student sitting the same exams.
It works in a hospital basement
The whole library, the whole question bank and the medication reference are on the device. This is the most common reason students tell us they switched, and it is not a feature that can be retrofitted — it is a decision about where the content lives.

What changes between the didactic year and boards is the filter, not the content.
While you are still in class
The condition reference and the lessons cover the same diseases the didactic year does. Read them alongside a module rather than waiting until boards, and the material is already familiar when the rotation starts.
On rotation
Every condition is placed against the rotation blueprints, so practice can be filtered to the rotation you are actually on. Set the exam date and the app works out how many lessons a day finishing on time takes.
Before the PANCE
Nothing has to be re-bought or re-imported. Each lesson closes on what an item writer reaches for and the wording a question uses to test it.
For a whole cohort
PA programs can license the library for the cohort, assign their own lecture material inside it, and see who has done the work. For PA programs.
What we are not claiming
Surgery is not built yet
Six of the seven end-of-rotation exams are covered. Surgery is the gap, and we would rather you read that here than discover it during that rotation.
These are not real exam items
Nobody at Annexity has access to live PANCE or End of Rotation content, and nobody outside the NCCPA and PAEA does. Questions are written against the published blueprints.

Written by one PA student
Every question, every rationale and all 962 lessons are written by someone sitting the same seven end-of-rotation exams and the same PANCE — not adapted from a medical-school library and relabelled for PAs. It also means Annexity is small: if something is wrong, write to us and it gets fixed, usually the same week.
